This serves to inform Disciplinary committee members and the General public that rapper Mwila Slapdee Musonda has been awarded two(2) certificates from the committee. Which one is a forgiveness certificate and the other one is a certificate as a Disciplinary member.
This came up when a mentioned rapper pleaded with the committee and the General public for the on going NGOMA award voting.
