Introducing our letter writing worksheets for children who struggles with letter formation, font size and spacing.
1) Formation
The breakdown of the letter strokes will help children to understand that the letters are simply made of strokes. This breakdown helps children to remember the sequence of forming a letter.
2) Letter sounds
As much as understanding letter formation, it is also paramount to practice the sound that the letters make. This embedment is essential as it is a cornerstone for any multisensory phonics instruction program.
3) Legibility
The worksheets are developed to also teach children letter spacing and the use of different font size. Children will be able to practice different writing lines and how to adjust their font size in one worksheet.
4) Vocabulary
The introduction to simple vocabularies related to letters will help children to remember the alphabets even better.
5) Hands on approach
Unlike other worksheets, this customized booklet incorporates multisensory approach to it. There is an equal number of hands on and paper work in this booklet.
6) Repetition of skills
This booklet has a consistent repetition of activities with the letters being different. This practice will help the children learn may new skills which can be applied to learn the other letters.
7) Generalization
These worksheets encourage students to form letters using a variety of materials to learn. It will provide the children with different ideas to learn letter writing. On the other hand, teachers will be able to understand the child’s learning style and interest and they will be able to use this data to further design a lesson that caters and considers their interest. Besides that, these worksheets focus primarily on generalization to encourage INDEPENDENCE in completing a task and AVOID relying on the guidance of certain
teacher or materials only found in one teaching setting.
