He's concerned for everyone, the people in the Yucatan who got pounded this morning by it (and they have no protection), us here in Florida's West coast. Our whole close and extended community will be forever changed and sad about how our lack of urgency with regards to climate change is causing all of these disasters in the world. Relaxing Restorative Yoga for Inner Peace and Calm 26/06/2021

I teach these poses in my Restorative classes. They are so relaxing. If you don't have a "bolster" (most people don't) just use a firm bed pillow or 2 or rectangular couch cushion/pillow, instead of blocks you can use hard cover books or a roll of paper towels (be creative). Have several dense/tightly woven blankets or large beach/bath towels handy and a smaller towel to place over the eyes (or an eye pillow or eye mask if you have one). Enjoy.

Everyone should watch this, especially if you have any breathing issues. Fascinating!
I thought I learned all about breathing in Occupational therapy school and Yoga teacher training and continuing education, but I learned so much more from this guy. Some great simple breathing exercises to begin to change your inefficient breathing patterns and thereby everything else in your body (mental/cognitive, physical, sleep). Wow!
