BURUNG PUYUH GORENG BEREMPAH Perkakas: 8 ekor burung puyuh - kerat 2 5 ulas bawang putih 7 ulas bawang merah 2 inci halia 2 inci lengkuas 5 batang serai - hiris 2 tangkai daun kari 1.5 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih 1 sudu kecil biji ketumbar 1 sudu kecil serbuk cili Garam secukup rasa Untuk Menggoreng: Minyak 4 tangkai daun kari Cara Memasak - Kisar semua perkakas (tidak termasuk burung) -15 saat/Kelajuan 8 - Lumur bahan yang dikisar pada burung dan perap selama stgh jam - Goreng dgn minyak panas, api sederhana. Masukkan daun kari semasa menggoreng.

Manual Cooking with Thermomix
SPICY STIR FRY OKRA 2-3 red chillies 4 cloves of garlic 25g dried shrimps -> Chop for 6 secs, speed 5 20g cooking oil -> Saute for 5mins, 120degrees, speed 1 250g okra/ lady’s fingers (rinse/wet) 0.5-1 tsp salt Cook for 4 mins, Varoma, reverse, spoon speed

AYAM MASAK MERAH
AYAM MASAK MERAH Ingredients: 1 tsp ground turmeric 2 tsp salt 1500g chicken 6 - 12 dried red chillies, deseeded 4 garlic cloves 80g eschalots 1 stalk lemongrass 2 ½ cm ginger 2 ½ cm galangal 220 g water 80 g vegetable oil 2 tbsp tamarind paste 200g tomato paste 1 tbsp white sugar 120 g brown onion Methods: 1) Place drained chillies, garlic, eschalots, lemongrass, ginger, galangal and 20g of water into mixing bowl (chop 10 sec/speed 10) 2) Scrape down sides of mixing bowl and chop (10 sec/speed 10) 3) Add oil and sauté (10 min/Varoma/speed 1) 4) Add tamarind paste, tomato paste, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 200 g water. Cook (2 min/100°C/speed 1) 5) Add onions and cook (5 min/100°C/reverse/stiring mode) While preparing the above steps: Marinade chicken with salt and tumeric. Bake for 30mins at 200degrees. Lastly: pour sauce onto chicken. Serve warm

P/s: this is not a thermomix recipe AYAM MASAK KICAP Ingredients: Chicken 6 shallots 4 garlic 1in ginger 1 potato 1 tomato 2 long green chillis (deseeded) 3-4 lemongrass- ketuk ½ -1 tbsp chilli powder Condensed milk Sweet Soy Sauce Dark Soy Sauce Oyster Sauce Method: Marinade the chicken with salt and turmeric. Fry and put aside. Crush (tumbuk) shallots, garlic and ginger. Stir fry together with lemongrass and chilli powder. Add oyster sauce and soy sauces. Cook until sauce is slightly thickened. Add the chicken. Add condensed milk, tomato, fried potato, and sliced long green chillies
