Wild blueberries are used in this recipe, see if you can taste the difference if you try with other fruits!
As always, a little gourmet with a whole lotta country!
Recipe: 1.5 cups all-purpose flour (I used unbleached organic all purpose from the farmers market)
3.5 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup almond milk or water ( as needed to get the right consistency, since the buttermilk is thick)
1 tbsp sugar ( I used coconut sugar)
1/4 tsp salt
Add-ins as you like! ( I used blueberries)
Add whatever fruit you like!
