As the year wraps up I want to say THANK YOU for another great year supporting my small business
I am grateful for the dance studios that had me in to teach my Mentorship masterclasses and workshops to their incredible students, and of course my private clients who have worked so hard and have trusted in me to mentor them along their Performing Arts journey. 🫶🏼
I also want to thank my special guests that joined me on my Podcast show to share their wisdom for the next generation of young performers

➡️ Amy has been a Performing Artist since she was 6 years old. She grew up performing her way through life on stage in production shows, in feature films and as a commercial dancer all while travelling the world. She then started stepping into her creative roles as a choreographer, teacher and mentor and now offers a DANCE AUDITION MENTOR PROGRAM for all pre professional and professional performers that helps bring out the best version of you as the performer getting you a step closer to achieving your goals.
Amy took the leap and started up her business, UNCENSORED & REAL.
Her UNCENSORED & REAL PODCAST available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, is all about connection and keeping it real with friends and special guests from the Entertainment Industry. Each episode is filled with great advice, insight and inspiration for all up and coming performers to take on board as they make their way into the industry.
One topic that Amy incorporates in all her work is Mindful practices.
Affirmations are a big part of the Mentorship program that allows the students to shift their energy and focus when setting their intentions for their careers. Amy has her heart set on continuing to inspire young performers from all over to reach their full potential through her program and Mindful Practices.

This episode is all about the Performers Edge and I am so happy that Cailin Howarth could join me on this episode to share her expertise as a Performance Coach.
Cailin Howarth is a professional classical singer and performance psychology coach, based in Melbourne. She completed a Bachelor of Music at The Conservatorium of Music at The University of Melbourne in 2011 and has subsequently performed professionally across Australia and Europe with groups including The London Philharmonic Orchestra Chorus and Victorian Opera and The Australian Chamber Choir. Early on in her career, Cailin recognised that performers and musicians experienced acute and specific psychological pressures that don't exist in other industries. Cailin saw the need for practitioners who understood those pressures, so she returned to study postgraduate psychology in order to support performing artists through the provision of performance psychology services. Cailin now shares her time between performing professionally and providing peak performance and mental skills training to creative and performers.
