Retro Bros Return Policy
You have 30 days from your receipt of shipment to exchange or return, unless noted in our listing description. To process your return, please send us a message first in order to review the problem. Please refer to the Applicable Returns below as reference. After we have received and determined if the return is considered applicable , we will refund the purchase price and
applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement. APPLICABLE RETURNS
Below are the applicable returns included in the the thirty (30) day rule. All the applicable returns listed below require the merchandise be returned with all the contents that was originally included in the package.
1. This includes: Malfunction in the hardware such as buttons, touch screens, cameras (if applicable), game readers and volume.
2. Software Errors. This includes: System shutdown, blue screens, black screens, noises and critical errors that prevent the hardware to work. Refer to the exception below for unique cases.
3. Missing items. If you don't receive an item mentioned in the listing, you can ask for partial refund or full refund of the paid amount. EXCEPTIONS
All items are inspected prior to shipping so we make sure you get a fully working item with your purchase. Therefore, below is a list of exceptions that will not qualify for a full refund.
1. Hardware manipulation. If the buyer attempts to alter or repair the console or the memory storage on its on, it voids completely the return policy of the purchased item.
2. Damaged items. In the event an item has been damaged after arrival, we will not be responsible for the damaged and will not issue a refund.
3. Non Critical Software Issues. Although we strive to provide the best quality we can, some games or applications may not work with the consoles. We may only refund the purchase if you CANNOT make use of the console in its totally.
4. Buyers regret. We unfortunately don't have buyers remorse or buyers regret after item has been delivered to you. If you buy and cancel before item has been shipped, we can still refund your total amount but after shipping this is completely void. MISSING PACKAGES
All items are tracked and insured for your and the store protection. In the event that an item has been stolen or you have not received it in the time frame given by the postal services, please let us know so we can investigate. Items that have been stolen will be claimed with postal services and the correspondent authorities to investigate the issues. We kindly ask to please contact us before file a claim with Facebook. This can potentially hurt us as sellers and we will try to resolve your issue the best we can.
