We conquered the GMax Gengar Raid with 8 people! 🥰
Using the strategy we learned from my recent post, we were able to defeat the raid 😁
We had 2 teams, and assigned a role for each members. 1 team consisted of 4 trainers, had 2 Damagers, 1 Healer, and 1 Guard.

A 13-man GMax Raid~!!!

Their strategy works and I think this is very helpful in all and upcoming Gmax/Dmax Raids 😍
Note: I've sped up their recording to make it easier to watch 😅

Here's their strategy:
"The basic idea is to save your high-DPS Pokémon for the end so you can take advantage of the cheer mechanic and Max Guard.

D-Max Inteleon (Level 40)
D-Max Blastoise (Level 40)
G-Max Blastoise (Level 40) - G-Max Cannonade (L2) & Max Guard (L1)

Start with a Pokémon that takes neutral or non-effective damage, as the G-Max boss usually opens with a powerful move, and we want to keep our main DPS untouched.

Keep this tank Pokémon in play to collect energy. When it’s time to Dynamax (D-Max), swap to your high-DPS Pokémon. Use your max attack three times, then immediately switch back to your tank.

This part wasn’t included in the video, as we defeated the boss more quickly than expected. Continue this strategy until the first two Pokémon are down. Once your high-DPS Pokémon is on the field, aim to perform one Max Guard and two Max Attacks.

The goal is to stall the last two moves so the cheering fills the D-Max bar in the background. Let the attacks autofire. If done correctly, you should have a shield and be able to G-Max again from the cheering to deal even more damage. If the timing is off, you always have the safety net of Max Guard. Just rinse and repeat!"
