Are you a vendor or a patron shopper?
Hello all!! We just wanted to let you all know we are so excited but it may not have looked like it recently. Amy has been on vacation and during that time Rhonda’s husband has had some medical issues. It’s been difficult for us to keep us with messages and emails. Please give us grace and we will be back on top of it next week!!
Yes we have some spaces left!
Also if you haven’t paid for your space and we’ve invoiced you, please remember your space has not been secured until we have payment!
We will start advertising more vendors very soon too!!
𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓!!!!
It has come to our attention that someone is reaching out to people posing as the organizers of the JSB Holiday Market! The only two people that are associated with this event are Amy Warehime & myself, Rhonda McClellan. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us via Messenger or email us at [email protected]
Please if you are contacted by someone else, let us know so that we can get them shut down. We absolutely do not want ANYONE being scammed using our show!
Please do not leave your email address in our comments instead if you’re interested in being a vendor contact us as stated above.
We have sent out over 25 applications over the weekend. So if you have been on the fence, now would be the time to make your decision. Also, if you have turned in your application but not paid remember spot is not confirmed until payment has been received! We are not accepting electronic payments, you will need to drop off cash or check or mail a check to Sand Creek Bridal listed on the application. Please let us know if you have any questions. We are looking so forward to meeting you all and making this show a successful one!! Thanks to everyone!
If you have turned in your application but still haven't sent in your payment, remember your spot is not secure until payment has been received. Spots are filling up fast so get those in!!! We can't wait!!! It's only 2 months away!
We have decided to change our vision and open up to boutiques & MLM’s. One floor will be homemade/handmade items and one floor will be boutiques and MLm’s. This gives the community more variety of what they are shopping for. We are still accepting vendors. Please send us a message or email us if you are interested in becoming a vendor. Please do not leave your email in the comments.
Who doesn't love a good face scrub or bath bomb?
I know I do!! Not only does Evolvere Handcrafted Soap have them, they are super cute and fun too!
They have many other products as well you can see. Mark it on your calendar now to come see them at the show in October!!
Amy Warehime along with Rhonda McClellan are putting together and promoting the JSB Holiday Market at Johnstone Sare.
We have been clear in all our posts and advertising that we are not the same people that have coordinated a similar event the past 2 years. Due to the nature of this show, we are handpicking artisans of small businesses that handcraft items such as candles, bath and body products, woodworks, leather goods, home/holiday decor, sweet treats, yummy foods and more.
We’ve also been transparent that due to a scheduling conflict at JSB, this event is being held October 21st instead of Thanksgiving weekend, as they had a wedding scheduled and they are booked every Saturday in November & December.
We apologize for confusion that is surrounding our event since we started marketing it.
Amy's Sweet Addictions are just that ADDICTIVE!!
Her homemade French macarons are like nothing you’ve tasted before. You’re loved ones will love you forever when you give them a dozen of these for the holidays!
These are stunning!!
These bowls are from Handcrafted by God's Grace LLC. Dorothyann is a local Bartlesville crafter creating wooden bowls, cutting boards, mugs, serving trays, and jewelry boxes.
All make awesome holiday gifts!
We will be showcasing some of our vendors as they come on.
Beauty From Ashes Acres has homemade goats milk soaps and lotions. They even have their own goat!
And sometimes Sarah milks the goat BUT other times the donkey gets a free meal! 🤷🏻♀️
