What’s your favorite Thanksgiving dish to make?

Last night’s dinner, fettuccine with homemade alfredo and some shrimp, caesar salad and garlic bread.

What did you have for dinner?

I prepared pinto beans with ham hock, fried potatoes with onion powder (hubs says no to onion) and cornbread baked in a cast iron skillet! The beans were the best we’ve had in a long time!

I had some fresh onion with mine!

So, what have you cooked this week that the rest of us should know about?

I made salmon patties, scalloped potatoes and salad last night! Hubby had a Caesar salad with his.

Many of us are cooking at home more than in the past. I know my imagination is short when it comes "What shall I cook for dinner or prepare for lunch?" I thought it would be fun to share recipes.

My daughter shared this biscuit recipe in a cookbook. It is my favorite recipe! I use self-rising flour and don't use the salt or baking powder.
