As a fitness instructor I’m all too aware how much stress we put our bodies through on a daily basis .
Using full or partial massage can help to alleviate muscular aches and pains
It’s all about balance … on Tuesday I went to my friend for a massage and left feeling like brand new … it’s a great feeling to be able to do the same for other people ….
Today has been all about helping people to rebalance their bodies , ease aches and pains and help them manage particular conditions that affect their daily life .
Change your mindset …….. instead of using massage as part of your rehab to iron out aches , pains and injuries why not use it to prevent any !!!!…. A regular massage will help to iron out any knots, ease muscle tension , minimise/ prevent post exercise muscle soreness and make you feel good … what’s not to like ?!!!

We ironed out some scapula trigger points and then spent a bit longer working on the shoulders and into the neck to ease out tightness and tension ….. came in all tense and floated out of the room …
