rgent Vacancy - E-Commerce Executive/AM (Baidyanath Group)
Job Location : Lajpat Nagar (No of Vacancy - 02, M/F)
Marketplaces:
· Responsible for managing all eCommerce platforms, websites and new business development
·Work closely with sales and marketing team to integrate and implement online brand strategies
·Growing business, building and maintaining relations on all e-commerce platforms
·Customer Relationship Management
·Coordinating with the delivery team for smooth dispatch process
·Understanding and hands-on experience on marketplace systems like Seller Central (or Vendor Central) for Amazon, Flip kart Seller Hub, etc.
·Product listing (individual and excel upload) best practices, pricing techniques, discount (offer) creation
·Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales
·Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.)
·Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand
·Uploading online content (Images, banners, video, key search teams, etc.) by product
·Promotions Tracking and Coordination: report as necessary account-specific promotional plans in a timely and effective manner
·Proactively research the online marketplace to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position
·Coordinate with logistics partner and manage delivery SLA s and returns
·Having knowledge of Raising dispute/cases for issues related to Inventory reconciliation, returns, multichannel fulfillment and other related similar tasks
·Should have interacted with support teams at marketplaces for immediate addressing of issues
·Complete understanding of order process, payment process, inventory and fees reconciliation, etc.
· Should have handled marketing for brands on Amazon via AMS and on Flipkart via FK Ads and their reporting and optimization
·Reporting, analytics, creating weekly and periodic dashboards with business-critical data for brand to act upon
Brand D2C:
· Ex*****on of a brand D2C on any platform (Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, Word Press, Custom stack)
· Understanding of end-to-end D2C ops like payment gateway alignment, shipping partner coordination, SMS Gateway finalization
·Understanding of the order process, payment process, inventory and fees reconciliation, etc.
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables etc. for MIS reports
·Should be familiar with the FMCG industry to understand the market dynamics
· Good communication skills, Data Driven , Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Expert in Portal Handling, Understanding of A+ content, Understanding of AWS
