Today we are making Whole Wheat Tawa Naan… yes we are using only whole wheat flour and no maida, no yeast, no tandoor… on our normal tawa we are going to make restaurant style or even better and healthy naan at home with very less ingredients and in very less time… So lets get started…
Preparation time: 5 mins
Resting time for dough: min 30 mins
Cooking time: for one naan, it will take less than 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat flour – 2 cups
Curd- 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Baking powder – 1tsp
Baking soda- ½ tsp
Buttermilk or water for kneading dough
Oil – tbsp
Kalounji / nigella seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped – handful
Water and brush for applying on naan
Butter or ghee 2 tbsp

Soaking Black Eyed Peas / Lobia - 7 to 8 hours or overnight
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins for each dosa
Servings : 4 People
Difficulty: Very Easy
साहित्य (ingredients):
रात्रभर पाण्यात भिजवलेली चवळी 1 वाटी (soaked lobia or black eyed peas 1 cup)
आलं 1 इंच (ginger 1 inch)
लसूण पाकळ्या 5-6 (garlic cloves 5-6)
हिरव्या मिरच्या 4 किंवा आवडीनुसार (green chillies 4 or as per taste)
जीरे 1 चमचा (cumin seeds 1 tsp)
दही अर्धी वाटी (curd half cup)
मीठ चवीनुसार (Salt as per taste)
पाणी 1 वाटी किंवा थोडं जास्त (Water 1 cup approximately)
तेल किंवा तूप 2-3 चमचे (oil or unsalted butter or ghee 2-3 tsp)
नक्की बनवुन पहा खुपचं सोपे आणि चविष्ट चवळीचे डोसे....
