Excited to take a big group on the Awa today to begin their journey with
We'll share a part of our paradise with them & what we could draw from the presence of a magical river that has been flowing since it was a teardrop placed at the feet of Matua Te Mana, Mt Ruapehu 🏔️
I'll share some of the magic with y'all in the new week... with loads more of our summer experiences to share over the next few months... it's been a magic, river summer 🔮 and whilst the trips are coming to an end..: the memories, learnings & experiences for all hold strong 💪

We all start somewhere 😃
And for me, my journey began as an introverted child...
A child that kept to himself...
Excited, eager and curious about life it was at age 16 that I faced the biggest challenge of my life to that date...
Out popped the extravert ME 🤪 when I retaliated against School
I was long known by my family as an academic, head in to books... smart, clever but much of this was used sometimes in mockery rather than support...
Paired with that though were the day ones! The one's who always had my back, who kept me and my introverted self safe to remain... introvert!
I remember clearly the day my extraverted self began to emerge.
And that was when I took on the School Principal, his Associates and Deputies... and more, any Teacher that supported what they were doing...
And what they did to me was wrong! They threaten to strip me of any Leadership roles because I wouldn't cut my hair!
I have to add... in hindsight, I am most thankful for this opportunity!
It gave me an opportunity to stand up for something! To role model what had been role modelled for me growing up.
And that is, watching my Aunties, Uncle, Nannies and Koro's stand up for what they believe in!
I believed that having to cut my long hair in the name of School Leadership was wrong and so I cut it!
TODAY! I'm standing up once again! To be a part of the solution to the problem that has riddled the World and in particular our beautiful country, Aotearoa...
Where we are becoming anxious, stressed, worn out because of the compounding pressures that living in modernity brings - and then with the Global Crisis... there is a LOT going on!
Wellness to me is a commitment.
One that takes some work and one that brings it challenges eeeeveryday... no matter what!
Our Wellness Coaching looks beyond just physical fitness to include challenges that include bringing wellness to our Mental, Social, Spiritual and more...
