I used to be scared to speak my truth until I realized that speaking my truth helped so many ppl. It was bigger than me and still is. Therefore I’m grateful for the struggle because it brought me to who I am today🙏🏽💪🏽❤️💯✨🧁

I feel all get depressed sometimes but some more than others. The problem is when we don’t do anything about it and let s**t fester. That’s when we start to operate in our unhealed selves and relationships become unhealed etc etc..
We become a detriment to ourselves and those around us but if we don’t take responsibility we start to become victims of our self imposed beliefs. More on this later…
