So guys, Covid has us literally locked down again! Sometimes I feel as if silent chains have me pinned down, exactly where I am, and like the veritable centipede, not sure which leg to move first! But hope you intrepid people who love your selves, and bother to think seriously about eating well, continue to keep your minds open to all sorts of possibilities!!

A lovely customer got in touch to tell me how much he is enjoying Haldi Karha, particularly mixed with apple-juice - he bought more, to share with his wife and friends! I was so touched by this super human who understands the importance of sharing the good things he enjoys...

BTW, just want to add, that HK is best taken three times per week. More than once per day is fine at times.... colds etc, but not for long term!

News from Healthful Granny😀 It's been a busy couple of weeks!
People are buying the TOASTED PUMPKINS!! They are getting brave! A new way with salads - add the toasted seeds, with your favourite dressing, to what could be a dull salad - transform it, served with a lovely grilled chicken breast, into a wholesome meal.
Pumpkin seeds are, of course, rich in iron, magnesium, and of course the vital fibre!!
When carambola is back in season, you must just treat yourself.
TOASTED PUMPKINS and SNEETOMS are now available at The Gourmet Genie (SSL Building, San Fernando) and online at Trini Trolley.

A change from the usual Trini avocado delights - Pre-breakfast.. cubed avocado in bowl with lashings of lime-juice dressing, lovingly sprinkled with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds - for a gentle digestive change! Eggs and the like can come later. Sliced Five fingers (carambola) is great like this too! Give that ole' digestion good breaks.

LIME JUICE DRESSING, plus others, coming soon, without all those hidden sugars and preservatives found in commercial brands!
