She doesn't have a cape but Jacki is my HERO. When I got to my office there was a cicada in my room. People who know me know I really hate bugs and cicadas are way up on my list. "The big and the brave" is not in the Real Estate manual, I looked! I was going to have to call my husband to take care of it because I could not work with "that thing" in the office but Jacki heroically took it outside. So appreciate my office family.
