10 Ways to keep your mind HEALTHY-
1.) don’t care what others think
2.) meditate daily for 20 min
3.) de-stress (personally I love walking in nature)
4.) practice gratitude and positive affirmations daily (journaling helps)
5.) don’t compare yourself to others (especially on social media can be hard not to)
6.) forgive yourself for past mistakes (we are human and it’s okay)
7.) forgive and don’t hold on to hate. Hatred can physically and mentally destroy us. Learn to forgive (for yourself) and move forward.
8.) learn daily. YouTube, books and internet is literally basically free so take advantage and learning self help or motivational advice daily.
9.) seek help when needed. Therapy, friends or family is there for you. We all have down moments, it’s okay to ask for help.
10.) take a rest when needed. It’s okay to have self care days. We need it to unwind and let go of worries for a bit. Truly helps.

I know it’s a challenge for the entire world. Right now is the best time for all of us to focus on our health!! I personally believe it’s the best medicine we have to combat this virus.... being truly healthy and have a strong immune system. (Sadly not many people focus on this)
Boost immune system and get healthier with lots of veggies, greens and plant based Whole Foods. Lots of supplements! Water, green tea and green juice. Vitamin d and c, daily multi vitamin, mushroom capsules or eat a lot of them... lots of sleep and no stress! All these things will boost immune system. Get moving and start working out too! (No sugar or processed foods! Please stay away from alcohol, toxic people and smoking cigs) simple things you can do today and start getting healthier! If you need help dm me ❤️

Missing summer already! How cold is it where you are???
This place was magical. We hiked a good 4 miles in criss-crossing over the river every turn, climbing rocks and humid as hell lol but the ending was just beautiful. No one around, a gorgeous waterfall in middle of the jungle 🌴
I don’t understand people who go to resorts when they travel and don’t even leave the resort??? Like what!?! I prefer to rent a little house in different areas so we can actually explore every inch of the island. Why travel if you don’t explore? Exploring brings excitement and new views on other environments. I want to climb, be one with nature and be Tarzan 😂
