- Oversee and conduct whole onboarding process
- Monitor, track, and update candidate records and reports
- Develop retention strategies

Unlike the usual 15th/30th Philippine setup, we do our salary monthly every 10th through Payoneer/Gcash/Bank Account. These are proofs of our first salary release last December 10.
