Are you concerned about anti-doping rules in your various sports? Inhalers that contain glucocorticoids are permitted in sports, while those with beta-2 agonists are prohibited. Are you managing exercise-induced asthma? Avoid cold air during exercising by covering your nose with a scarf to warm up the air you breathe. Also, avoid working out in colder environments (Cleveland Clinic, 2021). Learn more:
