See y’all at tomorrows ArtWalk👍 I’d also like to invite y’all to check out Main Street Traders vendors inside their store (located across the street from Alliance Bank, formerly our liquor store) They have many unique and fun products you can buy, at very reasonable and affordable prices 👍 Definitely a great store to go 🎅🏼 Christmas shopping and purchase many gifts and stocking stuffers 🎁 it’d be to your benifit to look to make this your regular Wolfe City store to shop at, even after the holidays! They’re open Tuesdays thru Saturdays 10am - 6pm and of course every First Fridays ArtWalks till 9pm 👍

Above and beyond the Artists and Vendors and the Main Street businesses, it’s about YOU, it’s about US, it’s about heart 🤗 It’s about the love WE all have of a wonderful small town, where family’s, friends, neighbors, can all come together and enjoy the COMMUNITY our town has to offer each other😊 You watch this video, and you’ll see the heart everyone has, attending this fun filled monthly event that is dedicated and inspired by YOU 🫵 Yes, everyone of you who attends, shows, sells and displays at these events. I want to thank Y’all for attending these First Fridays Wolfe City ART WALK & Pickin’ on the Brick events. Whether you’re here as an Artist, Vendor, or attendee, YOU make these Friday nights on Main Street fun. Last month was 12 months of First Fridays. We had to cancel 2 the past year because of whether, so last months was technically the 1 year anniversary (12 months) so technically, we’re starting another year tonight 👍🙏❤️👏🙌 I hope y’all can make it out. It’s 7pm to 10pm tonight, (due to weather being nicer at 7pm) and we will have our dedicated vendors who’ve stayed with us all year and new Artists, Authors and vendors too, and of course our Main Street businesses will be open tonight as well 👍 Nelly Soto had told me yesterday that she’ll be selling her delicious Mexican food again tonight also 😋😋😋 and much more 🤤 We also have a new vendor who makes custom stickers, another one who makes custom signs, all at fair market value rates 👏 Of course you’ll have a good time, how could you not 🤷♂️ See ya’ on Main Street ❤️
Yep, it’s definitely happening now. Vendors are getting set up and rest reassured they will all be ready by 7pm. We got country music playing on Main Street. So Come on out, patron our Main Street Bussiness and Street Vendors👍 IPhone weather says it’ll drop to 96 degrees out there by 7pm. We have a good breeze rolling thru too. Bring your favorite refreshing drink and come hang out with your town ❤️

Was seriously a great turn out of vendors (way more than what I actually got to take pictures of) and town traffic (people) at last nights ArtWalk ❤️ Guess a lot of my Neighbors wanted to hang out on Main Street 👍😎🤗
Next 2 months First Fridays Wolfe City ART WALK & Pickin’ on the Brick events (August and September) will be moved from 7pm - 10pm due to expected higher heat temperatures 🥵👍

Along with THEIR Beef or Pork Street Tacos, Chicken Strips and THEIR Hand Cut Fries! THEY will also have Nana’s sweet tea and THEIR homemade lemonade! THEY have a new twist on THEIR lemonade that you will not want to miss…. You can have it the usual way or try the new strawberry lemonade!

The First Fridays Wolfe City ART WALK & Pickin’ on the Brick has been doing very well these past two First Friday events, as far as vendor and attendee turnout. It’s great to see many of YOU come out for these. The ArtWalk was created for ALL who want to participate, and ALL who want to have a local event to happen. Main Street is always quiet every night of the week. It’s been really nice to see Main Street come alive, for at least one night a month. The ArtWalk is for YOU. Yes, YOU. I pray and Hope y’all keep coming out. Even in these next several upcoming HOT months. I have heard there’s been some mention that I’ve looked to have the City fund this monthly event. No. Never, and that will never be the case. Our dear town has way more important needs to fund, than an event that costs nothing to put together, nothing to attend, and nothing to participate in. There is no charge for the space, and never will be a charge for a space to sell and participate. It is a place for YOU to earn extra money and for ALL of Us to socialize, say hi to each other and enjoy. I do want to thank ALL who have helped over the past year, and volunteered their time to help me with their event. One in particular who is super dear to me and the event ☺️ (who no doubt would prefer to remain unnamed) and who had invested in purchasing a 3RD SPEAKER, so we could ALL listen to and have music blaring at each event (the other 2 speakers belong to another committee that does not lend their speaker use regularly) and also to Jimmy Doolin who has over the past year donated his time and music system to be played on Main Street (karaoke again soon 🎵🎤🎶). Ben Tinoco Tina Houx and her Boyscouts, The Wolfe City Historical Foundation and Mr. John W. Dub Duncan to name a few, who have been very supportive to all our events also deserve mention. Of course the city of Wolfe City, all in City Hall, our great Mayor, City Council, and our Awesome City Secretary Sondra Patterson deserve mention of my thanks and gratitude as well. There are many more of course, and I truly appreciate y’all ❤️👏👏👏🙌👍. So, yeah, ZERO FUNDING, from the City is ever needed. We do however need YOUR continued support and participation to MAKE each event happen. Thank Y’all for being a part of it. ❤️ Much love
