EASIEST SAUSAGE AND PEPPER RECIPE. VEGAN FRIENDLY, WHEAT FREE. ALL SOOO TASTY.

INGREDIENTS:
-beyond meat sausages (you can use any you please)
-bell peppers
-veggie stock
-onion + garlic
-seasoning - 21 seasoning, Aikan seasoning, bay leaves (you can find all these at trader joes)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- PREHEAT oven to 400F/200C
- Line your baking pan with aluminum foil for easy clean
-BUTTER the pan up
- Chop your onions + garlic add in pan
-Chop your bell peppers in long slices and then mix it in the pan with the onions and garlic
- Slice your sausages 1/4 inch and throw it in the pan
- Add seasoning + stir together!
- Bake for 20 mins - if you want it more crispy like me, then 45 minutes hits the spot
- Serve and enjoy on top of rice, potatoes, or make a sausage pepper sandwich and you have a delicious meatless meal once a week!
