It was the year 1986. I learnt driving long ago when i was in 10th std but was given to drive independently only after earning a licence!
One morning I was racing my sister to the hospital, my heart racing and my hands trembling to see her in pain. I had merely attempted to overtake a car driven by a man, but what followed left me scarred for life.
It was as if his fragile ego had been bruised by the thought of a woman daring to challenge him on the road. In a fit of rage, he began to drive recklessly, trying to pull me down with his car.
He hurled abusive words at me, thinking that he could intimidate me into submission. But I refused to back down. I was determined to stand up for myself, to show him that women are not objects to be dominated and subjugated by men. I took a deep breath, gathered all courage and put my foot down on the accelerator.
It was a terrifying experience, but one that has taught me an important lesson. The sick mentality of men who consider women to be lowly and wish to overpower them is still prevalent in our society.
It is up to us, as women, to speak out against this injustice and fight for our rights.
My car surged forward, leaving his car and his fragile ego far behind. As I raced through the streets, I could feel a sense of freedom and empowerment washing over me.
I had overcome my fears, stood up to my oppressor, and emerged victorious. In that moment, I realized that I was stronger than I had ever imagined. I had faced my fears head-on and emerged unscathed. And as I drove away, leaving the man and his sick mentality behind, I knew that I had taken a small step towards a brighter future, one where women are treated with respect and dignity.
I hope that my story inspires others to overcome their fears, to stand up for themselves, and to fight for their rights. We may face challenges and obstacles along the way, but if we stay strong and persevere. Do you see the sunlight 🤩🤗

It was the year 1978. I am reluctantly walking on the packed streets in Kolkata with my aunt. People were rushing and pushing past us as we walked.
As we walked through the vendors the people rushing for office men and women out to shop for their daily needs,
the most hurting part was that of some sick minded men who would touch females inappropriately as they walked past!
As we walked ahead in the crowd, pushing, pinching, rubbing intentionally! Anger spurred whoosh above my head!! Sick!! I just whirled around and picked a man's collar questioning him his behavior?
He acted as if he had done nothing, I turned around and slapped him hard. People crowded around in curiosity!! Was this courage at this small age, not really, my aunt was flabbergasted about my reactions.
She rushed me home hailing a rickshaw puller, leaving unfinished the errand we were out for!
Anger for every injustice around, was seeded…. Couldn't stand any injustice around me and would always retaliate..
A day of miracles(story will unfurl coming Monday!!)
A beautiful day unlearning to learn at MMI India!!!
Today a new target achieved🚶♀️
Though it was a spiritual feat, I am happy that after two years of procrastination I finally could walk and shooo away my fears💃
As I was on the path I began to think on lines that the Eye Ear Tongue are not designed to think and take decisions to any actions on their own.
The Eye Ear Tongue each gets signals from the brain which intercepts it’s own views!
But remember each individual may perceive the same thing differently😅
When we set goals for our selves we will certainly face a lot of distractions and our initial josh to complete our tasks may fizzle out soon as the going gets difficult.
How does a sprinter complete a race? Though halfway beyondin the race they may not running with the same enthusiasm as when they started🏃🏻♀️🏃🏽🏃🏻♂️ Then how do we achieve our goals🎯
Help from a guru, a guiding light, a trainer is the option to get the desired results😇

DESIDERATA by Max Ehrmann
Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.
Fake kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nuture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress Yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome
discipline, be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should
Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.
I recently read this and resonated 🤩 years later it still stands true

Each one of us has struggled to control their emotions and of those around. However, it takes a toll on our emotions, health and practically affecting every aspect of our life! We need to find a solution and fix it.
I have searched every platform to understand the root causes of anger and learn how to manage it.
With guidance from mentors, I applied various techniques and tools and successfully overcame my emotional struggles, so can you!!!!
I learned the importance of self-awareness, responsibility, healthy expression of emotions, and how to avoid acting out in anger. These lessons helped me make significant progress in managing my emotions and allowed me to move forward in life.
I noticed a positive change in my environment as well, as people became less toxic and more accepting. This inspired me to share my experience and techniques with others, hoping to prevent similar struggles in the future.
Make a mission out of your struggles and begin to serve, soon will reap the benefits 🤩

Life is never always easy for all! (Otherside of the grass...) Yes it applied on me too! But as I began to work on myself things began to change!!
Not long ago I was a total wreck of emotions, affecting my health too. After constant realisations (a little late though, but never to late for me to take actions!)
I started delving deep inside evaluating self, how easily we blame others and not take responsibility of our inactions, crib on what we receive in life instead of being in gratitude for what we have!!
The moment I took the first step towards changing myself, the Universe sprung into action, holding my hands to guide me to a path of change and evolve into a new being, the new me..
Do comment and share your resistances, shortcomings and hurdles of life. Let's begin a journey together with self awareness, self development and a to path of growth and success!!
