We grow when we face CHALLENGES.

This really hits home for me. In the past (while working for an employer) I would work so hard on literally everything. But when I finally came up for air I would question myself and life a lot!
Like …is this really what I want? …is this really what I am meant to do in life?
Does anyone else feel that way?
Or do you KNOW what you want?
Don't be afraid to ask yourself every day,
“What do I want?"
and then follow it up with,
“How will I get there?"
Because I believe all of YOU have everything you need inside to have the success that YOU want💪

Some factors that make one feel like a failure include:

Negative self talk
Poor self-concept
Making comparisons with others
Low self-esteem
Feelings of helplessness
Depression
Lack of supportive relationships

Things you can do to feel better:

Practice healthy coping skills E.G Calling a good friend? going for a walk,
playing with your pet
Reframe your thoughts about failure
Remind yourself you can do better
Remind yourself you can handle failures
Remind yourself failure is a sign that you are challenging yourself to do something difficult.
See failure as a stepping stone towards your goals instead of seeing it as a burden
Practice stepping outside your comfort zone

Yippee, our birth month is finally here!!! may my smiles, my husband smiles, my sister smiles, and that of everyone celebrating a birthday this month get brighter with each passing year.
May we only know Joy that makes us share, a failure that makes us succeed, friends that make us laugh, success that makes us rejoice, and love that makes us love more IJN.
