MausHaus
Repairing mouse switches since 2016 in Singapore as a official store now! Project of : Mirage Apex Solutions
400$ mice shouldn't have bad buttons but you can fix it today for 10$!
A Finalmouse UL2 was sent in for modding as well, for soft, flexible paracord and kailh GM 4.0 switches
A customer's mouse was sent in for repairs because it was badly put back together by a certain other shop
We might even look into selling Keychron keyboards and a selection of mice if the interest is high
The very first mod we've done is not do much replace a double clicking switch but to attempt to improve a Zowie FK2 clicks and back then there was pretty much only omrons and ZF switches (formerly cherry switches)
It's great now that Kailh GM switches exist because as far as I can tell? They're very robust switches and they feel fantastic. Everything that omrons are not
We sell more on reviving your favourite mouse or keeping it in tip top shape.
Considering that GPW is expensive and rma'ing will get you back the same mushy feel to it and potentially double clicking again, we want to make you feel that your mouse is worth it and that we are worth it by certainly not charging 30$+ for a switch swap.
We don't do that here.
In fact kalih began to be a very popular fix or mod for mice after my first kailh mod on the GPW
We even did something unconventional for the Razer Orochi V2 by slotting in rechargeable 1.5V Lithium-Ion AAA battery for lightweight and ability to recharge via micro usb port on the battery itself! This is not a mod as such but we think for mice that uses AA batteries (there is also a AA version) it's a very good quality of life improvement since they cost about the same as lithium non rechargeable batteries but 18$ in the bin over a year for AA cells
I do hope razer or even mouse companies that decide to make AA battery mice to include circuitry for li-ion or lithium iron phosphate (for safety reasons possibly) since they are very very cheap.
Our latest modification! This is a brand new Razer Orochi V2 modified with Kailh GM 8.0 switches
We actually started in 2016 offering mods and repairs to friends but due to surging popularity recently we have decided to make this a official operation
Over the years we have modified a ton of mice, a long time customer of ours has never been disappointed.
An example of the mice I have repaired are Logitech G Pro Wireless with their wonky switches regardless of generation
Logitech's G Pro Wireless have an issue with their switches causing double clicking over time or feeling very mushy so if you want your mouse to actually feel like it should have, try our services to change the LMB and RMB switches!
Should you feel necessary because the G Pro wireless's encoder is pretty awful feeling as well with nary a feel of a step in them and sometimes feeling like they get stuck in between steps we also offer to replace the encoders with TTC Red encoders!
Here at MausHaus we think not of modifying a mouse and charging you as a "premium service" but giving your rodents a new lease of life!
We understand what it feels like to have a mouse start double click or feel awfully scratchy but feel like such services should not come as a premium, no really, we should not charge for applying mouse feet and charging what is unnecessary.
Our basic services starts from changing mouse skates for your mouse at the price of the skates (if you buy from us) and replacement of switches for most mice
