Busy days, overwhelming workloads and cluttered environments- here is out guide to starting to detox your life.

It can be easy to forget the importance of detoxing, from detox diets to detoxing your clutter. Lots of us can benefit from evaluating how we can detox our lives.

How to start? Sit down and evaluate what aspects of your life weighs you down, the areas that does not bring you happiness. Next? How can we change it?

As simple as it sounds, it takes really understanding what brings you happiness to understand what you need to detox. Whether it’s a technology detox, diet detox, clutter detox, even detoxing from people who do not bring you positivity; the first step is knowing you.

Do you believe in vibrational energy?

Feeling disappointed in yourself for feeling negative happens to all of us. The book Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King opened Kveli's eyes to the law of attraction and vibrations, as we imagine it did to every reader.

Who you surround yourself with, reflects on your mood and feelings. If you are surrounded by those who are negative and unhappy they will radiate low vibrations, your body and mind absorb these vibrations and in turn reflects your mood. The higher the vibration, the more positive mood you absorb.

Sounds easy? Breaking the cycle of a negative company can be very challenging for many people, often the people you are surrounded by are the ones you love, so distancing yourself can often feel impossible. We are not suggesting you walk away from everyone who many have a negative feeling, but considering how the people around you influences your mood is a very benefical reflection.

Let’s talk about the reality of dating past the honeymoon.

There is no instruction manual for long term- but it does look a lot like compromises, sharing, and living through the ups and downs. Long-term takes time and commitment, but if with the right person it is worth the ride. Feeling unsure, frustrated, and sometimes overwhelmed is normal... we just don't like to admit it. 'Share the highs and forget the lows' is the society we live in, but let's normalise the less glamourous feelings of being young and in love.

Relationships take work and it's not always a straight road, if it was easy it wouldn't make it so rewarding. It takes time to find the right one and sometimes people change but never give up on finding 'your' person- they are waiting for you somewhere in this big exciting world. ❤️

Most women will get everything they need through their diet but here are a few healthy additions to consider:

✨FOLATE- Folate aids in the production of new blood cells and supports the brain function. For the ladies with low iron levels, folate helps prevent anemia.

Our lives can all become hectic and often our thoughts can become overwhelming. Writing our thoughts, feelings and actions down can help us understand our minds, organise our thoughts and reflect on our feelings.

Journaling can be anything you want it to be, with every journal being as unique as it’s owner. Whether it is to help you achieve your goals, destress you or allowing you a sense of gratitude- journals have endless benefits.
