London is a 12 yo grade mustang QH cross mare. We are currently offering g her as green broke but her value goes up with training. She’s been on the back burner this Spring so if you’re handy, she’s a great opportunity. The good: London lives well as a part of a herd or in a smaller setting. She loves people and will often come to her name. She loads and unloads well. She’s just had her teeth floated, feet are kept up and she’s UTD on vaccinations and wormer. She is an angel for the farrier and leads nicely. She is in fact broke but needs a patient rider and wet blankets. The places she needs work: London isn’t patient standing tied…she will hop up and down on her front off and on (she does NOT have a pull back issue). When we did have her in a working rotation, a patience pole solved alot of that. She needs more. She has some of the same anxious behavior under saddle. Lunge work with side reins has helped when she was in work. Teaching her to let down and relax. She needs more. You get the idea;). Never offered to buck. She’s a good looking, solid built, athletic mare that has tons of potential for an experienced person. Located in Mabank. PM with questions.
We said goodbye to sweet Lacey today. First folks to come see her decided she was the one! She’s off to Colorado for her next adventure!!
