มาถึงวันแรกก็ไปเดินเช็คอินเที่ยวเล่นแถว opera house ที่เป็น signature ของที่นี้ ตัวตึกสวยดีนะแต่ไม่ค่อยมีอะไร มองไปข้างๆก็จะเห็นสะพานอะไรสักอย่างใหญ่ๆ แล้วก็ เป็น Park (สวนสาธารณะ) ด้วยความที่มาถึงทั้งทีก็ต้องเดินสำรวจสักหน่อย ไปจ้าาา เดินรอบประมาณ2รอบ จนรู้ทุกซอกทุกมุม ห้องน้ำใน park ทุกจุดเก็บหมด อ่อ น้ำดื่มที่นี้ขายแพงเวอร์แต่ยังดีที่มันกินน้ำจากก๊อกได้ แต่รสชาติก็..ตามนั้น
ได้เวลาไปเช็คอินที่พักก็แวะซื้อของกันหน่อย ที่ร้านชื่อ woolsworth ถ้าจำไม่ผิดนะ ฟีลคล้ายๆ Tops บ้านเรา แต่ราคาของที่นี้คือ แพง แต่ก็ต้องเข้าใจว่ามันสมเหตุสมผลกับค่าแรงบ้านเค้าแหละ ของเยอะดีนะ คิดไม่ออกว่าจะซื้ออะไรดีเลยซื้อเป็น Nuts Bar มากินตอนออกรอบกับของสดมาทำกินเพราะที่ที่พักมีครัว ส่วนน้องๆคนอื่นๆก็ซื้อพวกขนมจุบจิบและน้องเก้ดผู้ตื่นเต้นกับสตอเบอรี่ที่ขนาดพอๆกับลูกแอปเปิ้ลเลยซื้อมาชิมกล่องนึง ไม่แพงนะ(แต่เปรี้ยว🙄)
ฟินมากที่ได้มีโอกาสมาพักใกล้ทะเลลมแรงถึงใจ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ลงไปเล่นทะเลเลยซักวันเพราะคลื่นแรงเกินเห็นแต่ฝรั่งเค้ามาเล่นเสริฟกันน่าสนุกดี แล้วผู้คนที่นี้คือตื่นมาวิ่งตอนเช้าเก่ง ด้วยความที่อากาศมันฟินอ่ะเนาะ เป็นนี้ก็คงวิ่ง(พูดไปงั้น) มีเป็นทางให้คนเดิน/วิ่งด้วย มันแบบปลอดภัยอ่ะ สภาพเมืองแถวที่พักก็ดูสะอาดดีนะ ยังไม่เจอการเหยียดแต่คงคิดว่าแทบจะไม่มีเพราะคนแบบหลากหลายมาก เอเชียน50% ฝรั่ง50%
ส่วนของการเล่นกอล์ฟนั้น สนามที่ใช้แข่งเป็นสนามปิดสำหรับเมมเบอร์ ก็ดูดีพอสมควร แฟร์เวย์แคบและแข็งเหลือเกิน แต่นั้นก็เป็นเรื่องดีเพราะลูกเราก็จะได้วิ่งไปไกลขึ้น กรีนเร็วไม่แข็งตกหยุดฟิน (แต่ไหลตกกรีนอันนี้ไม่ฟิน) และการตีกอล์ฟที่นี้เค้าไม่มีแคดดี้นะจ้ะ ต้องลากถุงเองกลบทรายเอง แต่เยาวชนอย่างเราก็ชินอยู่แล้วแหละ
วันซ้อมก็พยายามเก็บรายละเอียดให้ได้มากที่สุดเพราะมีโอกาสได้เล่นแค่วันก่อนแข่งวันเดียวเท่านั้น วันแข่งวันแรกต้องเล่น 36 หลุมเช้า-บ่าย ยังไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์มาก่อนแต่ก็คิดว่าชั้นทำได้ ผลงานจบวันมาก็รับได้นะบวกนิดๆ กับเล็บ2นิ้วที่เปิดเพราะมือแห้งและขาที่เดี้ยงไปแล้วทั้งสองข้าง สู้ชีวิตสุดๆ กลับมาที่พักก็ทำอาหารกินเองฉ่ำ รับบทพ่อครัวในทุกๆมื้อ อร่อยไม่อร่อยไปถามน้องๆ(ใครบอกว่าไม่อร่อยนะ🤚🏼💥☹️💢) (ต่อในเม้น)

Finishing under par and securing second place this week means a lot to me. Despite sustaining a back injury before the tournament, which caused considerable pain and limited my mobility, I chose to compete and give my best. This experience allowed me to enhance my focus, resulting in more precise and careful shots. It's worth mentioning that this match consisted of 27 holes a day with self-caddying, and I'm proud of persevering and overcoming the challenges.

Over two days of the competition, I scored 70 and 72, finishing 2 over par. Although it wasn't enough to make the cut, I'm pleased with my performance considering the challenging Par 70 course. Out of the 140 participants in this highly competitive field, I secured T112 finish. Participating in such a big event has provided me with invaluable experience. I'm content with the outcome as it has given me a clear understanding of my current position as a golfer and highlighted areas I can work on to reach that level!

This match was my first time carrying my own golf bag for 27 holes each day. It was a challenging experience, especially after taking a break to focus on school exams and then facing the unfortunate setback of contracting COVID just a few weeks before the competition.

However, I pushed myself to the limit and made an effort not to give away easy points. After not competing for nearly two months, I learned a way to improve my planning skills that was concerned at the time. During the period of frequent competitions, my planning lacked depth and carried a high risk of losing points easily. But once I returned after a break, I started to plan more intelligently by incorporating the perspectives of the spectators. This allowed for a broader range of viewpoints and options when making decisions.

Although my score wasn't exceptionally impressive, it remained within an acceptable range. Furthermore, this experience served as yet another stepping stone for my personal growth as a golfer moving forward. I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason. If we persist in our efforts without ceasing, the universe will guide us towards success on its own terms.

I had a great time competing in this week's tournament, despite the added challenge of juggling it with my IGCSE exams. As a student-athlete, I learned to manage my time more effectively to balance both responsibilities. While the outcome was just okay, I gained valuable insight into areas I can improve on. With more exams still to come, I'm looking forward to wrapping those up and being able to focus fully on my golf game. I'm excited to continue developing my skills both on the course and as a person.

I was deeply honored to once again represent Chonburi province in the 38th National Youth Sports Games. As a defending gold medalist, I was thrilled to compete against the top youth players from provinces across the country, alongside my talented teammates.

Over four challenging days, we battled it out on the field under the scorching Thai summer sun, facing tough conditions that tested our limits. Despite the difficulties, I gained a wealth of experience from the tournament and identified areas in which I can continue to develop as both an athlete and an individual.

This year's event marked my final participation in the Youth Games, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to have represented my province and competed in such fierce competition.

Balancing school exams and tournament preparation was a difficult task, and I didn't have enough time to practice as I would have liked. As a result, It makes me realise that time management is a critical aspect for student-athletes to consider for success in both academics and athletics.

Storytime (not flexing): The day before the tournament day I was receiving the 2022 best male athlete award from the Chonburi sports association on the occasion of Thai National Sports Day 2022 and throughout the day I did not practice golf so I just accepted my fate that the next day my muscles memory is going to be considerably applied to my game.

// I am glad to be able to finish with my expected result even though I quite struggled with the course condition and myself.😬😬
(The moral of the story is: always be well-prepared so you do not have to awfully rely on your muscle memory 😵‍💫😵‍💫💪🏽💪🏽💯)

My score came out as expected, not too good nor too bad compare to my score on the previous tournament, I have improved so far. However, there was a little mistake this week that held me out from the best performance I could do. Though the problem has been noted and will be corrected pragmatically.

Congratulation to who received the best amateur of this tournament and the best ranking amateur of the year of ATGT awards🙇🏼💯 and who receive the rookie of the year of ATGT award.

รู้สึกเป็นเกียรติมากที่ได้มาเล่นกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ "พัทลุงเกมส์" ในนามของตัวแทนจังหวัดชลบุรี ที่จัดขึ้นที่หาดใหญ่ สนาม Southern Hills Golf & Country Club. สนามค่อนข้างแคบและหญ้ามีความหลากหลายแต่ระยะค่อนข้างสั้น ทำให้ไม่จำเป็นจะต้องออกหัวไม้1ทุกหลุม.
ทั้งสี่วันก็ทำสกอร์ได้ค่อนข้างโอเค แต่ก็ยังมีข้อผิดพลาดเล็กๆน้อยๆในแต่ละวันที่ต้องนำกลับมาทบทวนและแก้ไข

This was the first oversea competition in 3 years and the first time playing in Singapore. The result was lower than my expectation although the scores were not very bad. I had good experiences such as, met new people, made a lot of friends, experienced new things, did what I have never done, etc. btw thanks all of my friends for trusting me to lead them throughout the trip even when I lead them astray.
