SCA steak class announcement!!
We will be hosting a sca class featuring Marty Plute. Just in time to get a refresher before worlds in Texas. This class will be held at our new building inside so weather and space will not be a problem. The class will be 150$ per person on February 26th, 9am-2. We will provide breakfast and some drinks.

If you don’t know Marty he holds the record of most wins in a year with 13. Had over 40 top ten calls last year. Finished 7th overall in the country. The last class he put on here was a huge success and people came away with a lot of knowledge and even did a lot of hands on.
