First picture: stop telling girls they talk too much at school. They are leaders. They naturally have things to say and are good communicators. Develop those skills. The world needs them.

Second picture: one of many of my report cards from my childhood (this one was when I was in 5th grade) telling my parents I was marked unsatisfactory for speaking unnecessarily and for not exercising self discipline. Every single report card I ever got had this despite my good grades, how active I was in extracurricular activities like President of ABS in elementary or in theater arts and much much more.

Talkative girls like me grow up into women who run the damn world. Stop putting us in your box.
