1998 with Fender.
Hello Soul Fingers followers! A quick note about the new stickers on redbubble!!!!
We have just received our set and need to make an adjustment to the “Duck” sticker’s sizing. It is a tad smaller than the original so it’s being corrected and should be updated in a few days. We are closing it for now until ready and should have it back very soon.
The “Gort” sticker needs to be ordered as medium we now know also.
The BB sticker should be ordered in small.
The Duck will only come in one size.
We apologize for any problems this may have caused but until we have seen them ourselves we can make these determinations....That’s why were here now:)
Thanks All and stay tuned EADG🎸🎸🎸!!!!

Over time we have gotten inquiries about if Fender would make another Duck Dunn commemorative bass. The way to make it happen is if demand for a DD bass is demonstrated here by players and fans chiming in together to let them know it’s wanted.
If your one of those who would like to own one please make it known here by liking and commenting below your ideas of what it should be like and the price point that is attractive to you for a well made Duck Dunn Precision bass.
Come on gang...Let’s do this the more the merrier🎸🎸🎸!!!
We have a new design to offer https://www.redbubble.com/people/gtrhappy/shop
Lakland Skyline Duck Dunn Special Edition Bass - Original Early Issue - Rare 2002 Sunburst
reverb.com This is an early original issue Duck Dunn Special Edition Bass. Lakland started producing the Skyline series in 2001 in Korea and information I was able to find on-line indicates only about 30 of these basses were made. Modeled after a 1958 Precision Bass, the serial number dates this bass to 200...

L-R 118, 12 & 1 of about 290 made.
Here’s the downlow on what Duck’s favorite strings were. This is an older set stashed away so the packaging is probably different now. It’s also true he would not change the Labella’s until one broke then put a new set on which wasn’t very often, they’re pretty tough.
Here’s a just found pic of Duck’s (refinished late ‘70’s) ‘57 “Bill Black” Fender when it was in the Hard Rock on 57th St. In NYC. Other pic is at HRC corporate when it was picked up about 30 years after it was put on loan. Black and white photo is when it went in to HRC with founder Issac Tigrett and Randy Haspel from Memphis.
Happy New Year 🎸🎸🎸!!!
