Dear Tenore fans,
Our journey these past 2 years has been silent on the stage, but we've always a song in our hearts. We look forward in the future to returning to your city! Thanks to so many of you who wrote letters and sent emails in appreciation of our Tenore albums which brought solace and hope to you throughout the pandemic.
For this Christmas season, we wanted to do something very special and pay tribute to our dear friend and sound engineer, Chris Janz who left us in 2016 from a drug overdose. Chris was an amazing father, son, brother, and is gone too soon. His deepest longing before leaving us was to help those who are ridden with addiction and hopelessness, so we put together a heartwarming video to go with Chris's amazing vocals for this Christmas single, Lullaby for a Prince. Starting with the pure vision and production direction of Jill Ann Siemens, with wonderful feedback from Colin and Phil Janz, working with the Janson Bros in Stockholm Sweden, we recorded the orchestra and through the technical wizardry of Thomas Kinzel and Brock McFarlane, we were able to capture original footage and master it with brilliance.
We love and honour you Chris for the man you were with such a heart of compassion and gold... When we put ourselves in the place of those who are less fortunate, less loveable - we truly see "the wonder in this ordinary place" . Please watch the video and download the track.
