HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK DAY-LONG WORKSHOPS in APRIL and JUNE

We are thrilled to to invite you to participate in a day of healing and transformation in Sonoma county! Join us to experience the power of Holotropic Breathwork! We have Two upcoming daylong retreats scheduled for April 6th and June 8, 2024, will be at Open Sky Retreat Space, just outside of Sebastopol. It is a beautiful Buddhist retreat center with a delightful outdoor kitchen, rolling hills, gardens, and a lovely sacred space for us to do this work. We are so excited to resume hosting workshops!
About The Team: Angel Cassidy is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Grof Certified Holotropic Breathwork practitioner. Angel has over 30 years in the healing arts, and over a decade of working professionally with expanded states of consciousness including Holotropic Breathwork, Psychedelic Integration and Support, and Amazonian Shamanism. James Eyerman, MD (Jimmy) has over 40 years clinical experience, including having trained in Holotropic Breathwork with Stan and Christina Grof in the 80’s. He is passionate about the healing potential of expanded states.
To register, please respond to this email with your intention to join us, make your payment via venmo or paypal, and we will send you a medical form and questionnaire. Even if you have already done a workshop with us, please complete a new medical form, as it has been some time and there may be updates for us to consider.
Cost of the workshop is $275, earlybird pricing for the April workshop if you pay before March 7, $300 March 8-20, and $325 thereafter. For the June workshop, earlybird rates are until May 1, $300 May 1-15, and $325 thereafter. You can send via Venmo to -Cassidy-Borst or PayPal to [email protected] - Please use the "friends and family" option so they don't charge additional fees. Your payment holds your spot in the workshop. We offer a full refund until a month prior to the workshop 50% refund less than one month until two weeks prior to the rworkshop, and no refund one week or less before the workshop.
Your fee covers a full day supportive retreat including snacks, tea, and a delicious pot of vegan vegetable soup for dinner. Lunch is potluck style unless you have special dietary requirements. In the case of dietary restrictions, we suggest you bring your own meals.
Low fee work-study and community discounts are available on an as-needed basis. We want to support our BIPOC friends as well as those with limited means. Please ask when you register if you need financial assistance or wish to be considered for a work-study discount.
We will schedule an introductory Zoom meeting the night before our workshop.

Breaking the 50 year record snow fall… Tahoe CA… it actually closed down three ski resorts. over 100 inches in 1 week plus 3 more feet this past weekend… over 10 feet of snow in less than 9 days … beautiful and dangerous 😎
