Therapist Spotlight John Finlay II: John began his journey with over 24 years ago during his final clinical rotation as a PTA student. After working at multiple offices throughout his career, John now brings his expertise to our Pickerington location, where he continues to provide top-notch care to his patients.
Known for his attention to detail and compassionate approach, John helps each patient navigate their recovery journey. John’s colleagues may affectionately refer to him as 'the old man,' but his passion for physical therapy and commitment to patient care are as strong as ever. His decades of experience have earned him a reputation for excellence within OrthoNeuro and OrthoAlliance.
Outside of work, John is an avid car enthusiast and movie buff. He enjoys spending time on the track with friends and cherishing moments with his loved ones, especially his girlfriend, Heather. We’re proud to have John as part of the OrthoAlliance team!

Meet Nola! Nola’s journey with OrthoNeuro began in 1984 when she started working in the SportMed department at the original Columbus location. As one of only two front desk staff, Nola managed everything from scheduling to insurance billing, all while the clinic saw over 100 patients daily. Over the years, she navigated transitions through various companies, always adapting and excelling in her roles. In 1996, Nola returned to OrthoNeuro, where she felt like she was coming home. Today, she serves as a Rehab Services Advisor, working remotely to provide excellent customer service.
Outside of work, Nola enjoys spending time with her husband Rick, their three adult sons, and two grandsons. Whether she’s gardening, canning, or attending Otterbein football games, Nola cherishes family time, especially traveling to Oklahoma to visit her oldest son’s family and cheering on her grandsons at their baseball games.
With decades of experience and dedication, Nola has been an integral part of OrthoNeuro and now OrthoAlliance. She feels fortunate to have witnessed the company’s growth from its first PT office to the expansive organization it is today. We’re grateful to have Nola as part of our team! 💙
Our Southwest region team had an unforgettable day at the Cincinnati Zoo! Staff and their families enjoyed being surrounded by wildlife, creating memories and bonding outside the office. What an incredible day at the zoo! Last weekend, our Indiana region team from Midwest Center for Joint Replacement, South Bend Orthopaedics, and Central Indiana Orthopedics came together for fun-filled employee events at the South Bend Zoo and Indianapolis Zoo. Staff and their families enjoyed a day of animal adventures, bonding, and creating lasting memories. We love celebrating our team and the hard work they do every day!
