Finally getting around to taking down Christmas decor. Last night I was really glad it was still up. Typically when my grandsons are with us for the weekend we eat in the kitchen . Last night , they wanted to eat in the dining room. A{ 4 year old } looks up at my hutch and says “ Mimi, you have a lot of Jesus in your house”

As Mimi and Papa we get the great honor to live out who Jesus is and teach them and that He is SO much more than a baby .

On December 19th, my sourdough starter “ JOY “ was born . I have been learning how much to feed it and all about discard. The month of January as part of a challenge I’m participating in, I’m working on perfecting a sandwich loaf. I just did my 4th loaf and it still needs some tweaking, but it is the only one so far that’s been technically edible 😉. I sliced 2 pieces for my husband’s toast, covered the bread back up with a towel and went to the bedroom for something. Came out to this (2nd pic) 😂 # mimilife

I always appreciate it when somebody leaves a review on Pinterest. This recipe had really good reviews . Made it for supper tonight.

I added a bit more hot sauce . And I did the meatballs in the air fryer and then transferred to the oven with the sauce . So easy .
