We love the Chase Bliss Mood MK2 so much we decided to make an overlay for it! This pedal is a complex FX playground and it really helps to have all the macro functions and 'hidden functions' clearly laid out on the front panel.

New Overlays For The Polyend Tracker Mini Compatible with version 2.0 Firmware

We wanted to let folks know that we've released a series of overlays for the Soma Laboratory Lyra-8. Most of the designs use color-coding and labeling to make it easier to keep track of voice pairs and voice groups, FM structure, etc. Back panel connections are also labeled on the front for quick setup.

A couple of the designs go in the opposite direction, with zero labeling or visual guides as to what each of the controls do. These are for folks who have either memorized Lyra-8's controls or who want to make the Lyra-8 even more mysterious.

A perfect little practice rig for the train. Might as well get some work done! I love my little S. Unlike many other , you can pass audio thru its inputs unaffected. Battery power and speakers if needed, and portable, the Microkorg S still delivers. Overlay from has nearly every parameter colour coded on the panel. This little rocks!

What do folks think of these design prototypes for Lyra-8 overlays? They use AI elements and a lot of Photoshop manipulation to make everything fit. There are no labels for the controls so users would have to either already be pretty familiar with the Lyra-8 controls or else enjoy exploring the instrument without guides. Would you be interested in overlays like this for your synthesizers?
