Took some time today to try my hand at making Almond Butter!!
Purchased local organic sprouted almonds from Natural Choices and local organic raw honey from Scott Brown!!
1 # Almonds, light cup of water and a bit of honey!! YUM!!
Takes a little bit of time but... Wow!! Love the taste!

Interesting fact about bagels: you mix-up the dough the night before so they can bulk rise all night then early in the morning I shape, boil and bake! Yum
