The Tewksbury Community Market is open this Thursday, June 13, from 4pm to 7pm, at Livingston St. Park (288 Livingston St.), in the parking lot behind the Recreation Center.

You may have noticed that I haven't put up any new flavors for the drop tommorrow. Well, that's because there won't be one.

But it's for a good reason. I have done well enough at my recent events that I don't really have enough Ice Cream to sell. So what is happening is that I am doubling down on production so I have enough to support my in person events as well as my online sales. My drops on will continue next Monday will a new lineup. In the mean time, see if you can catch a sneak preview at my two events this week:

FRI 2-6 at Lowell Farmers' Market at Community Teamwork

Slightly updated menu for our second day at Rockingham Brewing. Barbara replaces Bart as the denizens of the taproom felt like peanut butter yesterday.

Things went great today, and people seemed happy with the offerings, so I'm running it back.

I'll be at offering some ice cream on the first day of June, from 2-8

Horatio - Horchata ice cream

Jimmy - Coffee and bourbon ice cream with smashed espresso beans

Gimli - Chocolate ice cream with chocolate stout ganache

Black Sheep Mixed Bag - This is all 3 of the new flavors but in an 8oz form (Our normal containers are 16oz). This will be $20 and will exist in limited quantities.

There is will also be ice cream sandwiches of each new flavor available for $6 each.

Pick ups will be available the following Wendsday, Thursday, and Sunday. Pickups will be from 3 to 6:30 on Wendsday and Thursday, and Noon to 4 on Sunday.

5 weeks in May mean we have the third May drop of 2024. The heat is finally here and Black Sheep is coming to the rescue. Next up is Jimmy, dropping on Monday the 27th.

Jimmy is sweet & bitter, and with just a little kick of Jim Beam bourbon. Flecks of espresso are layered throughout the ice cream, giving little pops of flavor.

5 weeks in May mean we have the third May drop of 2024. The heat is finally here and Black Sheep is coming to the rescue. Next up is Gimli, dropping on Monday the 27th.

Gimli is a deep chocolate ice cream with a few bitter notes of stout, swirled with a chocolate and stout ganache. It's much more chocolate forward than beer forward, so don't worry about it if you don't love beer.

Horchata de arroz, or simply Horchata, is a toasted rice based drink with flavors of vanilla and cinnamon perfuming through. Think if rice krispies and cinnamon toast crunch had a baby.

After our successful first week. We are going to continue this week with new Ice Cream Sandwiches. They will be be going on sale at 6 tonight with our other offerings.
