輕鐵761P線改道列車洪天路往天逸 Light Rail Route 761P Hung Tin Road - Tin Yat | Rocky's Studio 2023年10月4日早上9時多，輕鐵元朗總站發生兩列輕鐵列車相撞事故，導致當日塘坊村至元朗段服務暫停4個多小時，期間761P線臨時改為來往天逸及洪天路緊急月台，前往元朗的乘客，可在洪天路轉乘緊急接駁巴士，或於天水圍區.....

[延遲的首航]輕鐵506P線往兆康行車片段 Light Rail Route 506P to Siu Hong | Rocky's Studio 輕鐵506P線為特別班次，由屯門碼頭單向往兆康，只於上課日開出早上7時20分，以及7時35分兩班，第一班到達兆康後會轉行615P線往屯門碼頭，第二班則會轉行751線前往天逸。此線為分流原港鐵巴士506線的客流，讓乘客可以更穩定....

各位請注意
天文台於 18：20 發出九號烈風或暴風增強信號，所有輕鐵路線，港鐵巴士及港鐵露天段服務均已暫停。仍在外出嘅乘客請盡量留係安全地方並時刻留意天文台及運輸署嘅最新天氣與交通情況。

更新 因應颱風蘇拉逐漸逼近本港，教育局亦宣布停課506P 將改為9月4日星期一開出首班車。

輕鐵506線喺2002年因為杯渡路架空路軌工程而停駛，當時九廣鐵路安排輕鐵接駁巴士506線行走有關路線。但至2003年工程完工後，因為輕鐵唔夠車，所以506繼續由輕鐵接駁巴士行走。

多年來，有唔少地區嘅聲音希望506復辦。除咗因為輕鐵嘅載客量會比巴士多，班次亦都較為穩定，但港鐵不斷以輕鐵數目不足嘅理由推搪。

直到今日，屯門碼頭人終於收到港鐵嘅好消息！根據湖景區議員周啟廉嘅貼文，港鐵將會喺9月1日開學日增加輕鐵506P線！令到搭開506返工返學嘅牛牛可以有多一個選擇！

新增嘅506P 將會喺平日星期一至五(非公眾假期)朝早嘅7:20及7:35由屯門碼頭總站開出，停靠美樂、蝴蝶、輕鐵車廠、龍門、青山村、青雲、建安、屯門、以及杯渡站。在杯渡站，506P將會直通運行614P，繼續途經何福堂、新墟、景峰、鳳地前往兆康。

有關班次的行走路線就等同於輕鐵552線，輕鐵552線係喺2003年輕鐵重組計劃中提出，同551 、553一齊取代505、507同埋615。但計劃當時遭受地區人士反對，九鐵只好擱置計劃。

本專頁好高興港鐵能夠了解市民需要，去增設有關班次。但同時亦都希望港鐵唔好因為呢班車去作為藉口，無故削減巴士506嘅班次。同時亦都懇求港鐵留意有關班次嘅使用量，去考慮有關路線是否有需要開辦回程！同時亦都感謝一眾議員為市民爭取有關路線！

《大棠路站1號月台翻新工程 Refurbishment of Platform 1 of Tai Tong Road Stop》

繼2015年大棠路站2號月台翻新完成後，斜對面的1號月台亦於今年正式展開翻新工程，與2號月台統一設計。現時工程已到中期，部分新支架已經安裝。臨時照明系統及站牌、路線資訊牌則安裝於圍板上。

After the completion of the refurbishment of Platform 2 of Tai Tong Road Stop in 2015, the works for Platform 1 has also started this year, unifying the design of the stop. The works are now in the middle stage, with some frames already installed. Temporary lighting, boards of stop names and route information are mounted on the hoarding.
