One boundary I make sure to maintain is staying unplugged from work as much as possible during the weekends.

UNSUBSCRIBE!
Let go of the unnecessary email subscriptions you have that don’t resonate with your goals and needs. Also, maybe turn off all those email notifications you get from your social media accounts? 🤷🏻♀️
USE FOLDERS, FILTERS & LABELS
Trust me, this can be A LOT of work at the beginning but it definitely pays off! Folders make it easier to find emails. Filters help you automate emails to go immediately to a specific folder, get marked as a priority, chucked off to the spam folder, and many more options! And labels? Well, they make it easier to skim through emails.. and don’t get me started on how pretty everything looks when they’re all color-coded 😍
SCHEDULE TIME
I get it, this is a commitment but it doesn’t have to take forever. Now that I have my inbox managed well, it takes me not more than 5 minutes to go through my inbox!
