The Rotary Parab project, strategically located in the bustling market area, emerges as a beacon of hope in the scorching heat. This initiative ensures that residents and visitors alike have easy access to cold and normal water, providing much-needed relief during their daily visits to the market.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to DGE Tushar Shah (2024-2025), Dr. Sajnam Singh, Chief Officer of DMC, Smt. Jyoti Desai, and Shri Niraj Desai for their invaluable contribution of the plot for this project. Without their support, this endeavor would not have been possible.

We extend our deepest appreciation to all Rotarians, spouses, and everyone involved, directly or indirectly, in bringing this vision to life. Your passion and hard work have truly made a difference.

Just concluded an enriching experience at the Rotary Club Leadership Learning Seminar, graciously hosted by the Rotary Club of Surat Seaface!

Our current President Apoorva Pathak along with President-Elect Vishwajeet Borate and other Board of Directors members, joined in, making every moment a reservoir of learning and inspiration.

🌊 Rotary Club of Daman Participates in Mangrove Cleanup Drive🌊

We are pleased to announce the active participation of the Rotary Club of Daman in a Mangrove Cleanup Drive organized by the Daman Municipal Corporation (DMC). On Saturday, April 20th, 2024, Rotarians gathered at Ward No.3 near Sai Baba Temple, Nr. Old Bridge, Nani Daman, to join hands in this community-driven initiative.

Under the guidance of the DMC, our dedicated volunteers contributed their time and effort towards the preservation of the mangrove ecosystem along the seashore. Their involvement exemplifies our commitment to environmental awareness and community service.

We express our gratitude to the Daman administration for extending the invitation to partake in this meaningful event. The participation of our members underscores our collective dedication to making a positive impact on our environment.

We are delighted to share the wonderful news of the successful inaugural ceremony of our impactful social service project, "Swasthya Saarthi" - Rental Medical Equipment Project for the people of Daman! On 9th of this month.

The ceremony was a momentous occasion graced by esteemed guests, including DGND Rtn. Nilesh Shah, Dr. Pankaj Desai, current President Rtn. Apoorva Pathak, and upcoming President Rtn. Vishwajeet Borate.

Their presence added immense significance to the event and underscored our commitment to serving the community.

We are thrilled to share the incredible dedication and enthusiasm shown by the members of the Rotary Club of Daman in our recent special meeting focused on enhancing Rotary's public image and accelerating our service projects for the community!

On 29th March 2024, our passionate members gathered with a shared mission: to strategize and plan how we can amplify our impact and effectively communicate our commitment to service to the wonderful people of Daman. It was truly inspiring to see everyone come together with such energy and determination.

Rtn Satyen Parampil who has been Nominated as the Rotary Image Chair for the 2024-2025 term presented the Rotary's Public Image Presentation and his Objective and Plan of action in the presence of to our current President, Apoorva Pathak, and our upcoming President, Vishwajeet Borate, along with their respective Boards of Directors and members.

During the meeting, we discussed a comprehensive plan of action designed to elevate our club's visibility, engage with our community, and cultivate a positive public image. From enhancing our social media presence to coordinating impactful events and engaging with local media, every aspect was meticulously planned to ensure we leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of service and advocacy.

As we move forward, we are excited to embark on this journey together, fueled by the spirit of Rotary's motto, "Service Above Self." With the collective efforts of our members, we are confident that we will not only meet but exceed our goals, making a lasting impact on the community of Daman.
