Mmmm get a local job. Schools are desperate. Mostly we can afford to get paid less or same at a better place! Local (town, city, state) jobs are also desperate in the US. Lots of “no prior experience necessary” and many more in “skilled” areas.

Who’s job was it to kick “silent gen” out of government to create a new progressive world? Boomers/gen x. They got you with the L*D and coke and fun living and you didnt even raise your kids, nvm step in to run the gov. Now millennials are old enough or almost old enough to be president and we have 10x the s**t to clean up and half the support we needed as kids to get us there. Hard times create strong men, i fkn GUESS.

Some basic truths about employment. When studies show that the best way to get a raise, is to quit and get a new job, then you know companies don't reward loyalty (and no, this isn't just going from fast food to an office job, this is within industries/professions even)
