2. Stay away from the chemicals!!! Cool heat setting on blow dryer or invest in a hooded dryer. Limit the blow drying
3. Water is your friend. Keep hair moisturized throughout the week with a spritz bottle of water, leave in conditioner.
4. Limit the rubber bands!
5. LIMIT THE TIGHT FREQUENT STYLES! Traction alopecia is something I see a lot with my customers. Our hair growth oil works wonders for hair loss, alopecia, scalp psoriasis, thinning of edges and hair. But if you keep using these tight styles you are breaking your hair !
If your hair is in a bun, switch it after a day or two, do not keep the bun in the same place. ( change to a high bun, low bun) if it’s important for you to wear one so frequently.
