I'm doing tattoos and piercings at Inov8, UK. Please be sure to book appointment at least 24h before you want to come. I can answer you everyday 9:00-21:00.
I don't pierce people people younger than 15 years old - only exception are ear piercings, but I'm not piercing them to children younger than 5 years old for their safety. I do piercings with single use wenflon needles, sterilised tools and jewellery (that is NOT made of surgical steel as it's unsafe). If you can't come for an appointment - please let me know earlier.
