It’s Summertime y’all! Colors flowin!

Each piece begins with a hand drawn circle influenced by the meditative Japanese drawing process, ‘Enso’, allowing for a space to create and remain in the present moment. Investigating color, shape and form through elements of play, chance and patterns, layers and rhythms begin to emerge for me in the process and an energy or new environment for the senses begins to emerge.

We are happy to announce the opening of "Pulse of Perception" at the NoCo Digital Gallery, 298 W 7th Street in Jeffersonville! This show features the work of Ashley Brossart. The show will run until April 19th.

Brossart describes her work in this way "I am curious about creating a sense of place and space influenced by both our built environment as well as the human condition and the coexistence of both. I think of my art as environments. My intention is to create a place and space influenced by architectural forms with an organic and feminine influence through the use of pattern, shape, and color. I am interested in gathering information about various perspectives and experiences we have in our environments and creating art that can be a catalyst for further engagement."
