Got that?
Don't miss this!!
Resiliency. Determination. Digging in. Doubling down. Whatever you call it, keep reaching for your goals. Every day is shiny and new. You can do this.
Is it time to make a new path? What needs to change?
Learning to handle grief and disappointment without turning to your old food comforts takes time, thought, and energy.
WLS is a gift. It's life-long. Don't waste it. Be diligent about doing your part: follow the program. You can do it. Then reap the rewards. ❤️
Sometimes, failure is the best teacher. Think about it: if you stop working out, start grazing, not eat healthfully, and skip vitamins and appointments, you'll get a strong lesson from your body. You can learn from that lesson and go on to be successful.
Its never too late to address this.
Give yourself grace-then make a plan for next time, so this behavior doesn't continue to happen.
Give yourself grace, learn from it, and move on. After WLS, I was the lady who gave out Halloween pencils and stickers. I did what I needed to do to keep myself on track. And having a bowl full of candy in my house was not supporting my journey. 👻🎃
Don't say that you can't do it. You can, and it will be amazing!
