All the fans are out today! It’s a warm one ☀️ my ‘nourish bowls’ are selling like crazy in this heat. Pop on down to Sherwood vegan market to grab yourself some honest, healthy vegan grub 🌱
Overloaded with courgettes like me!? Use a peeler to cut them into ribbons, marinade in lemon juice, garlic and salt, then serve cold on top of a simple romesco sauce, with butter beans, toasted pine nuts, Pom seeds and a sprinkle of sumac. Perfect on a hot summers day ☀️😍🌱

Zero points for presentation here but….tenderstem broccoli and courgette freshly picked from my allotment this evening, with poppyseed coated tofu with a sticky lemon glaze 😍 all done in under 15 minutes 🌱

We did it! 110 people with full tummies. Canapés, main courses and dessert….in a field with VERY limited resources 😂 but we loved every second. ❤️

After a very busy week, tonight it’s a bowl of nourishing comfort food in front of the tv…..and it looks like someone else has her eye on it too 😂 the kale, courgette and broccoli was all grown organically on my allotment 😍🌱

This may look slightly strange, but it’s my vegan nut ‘parmesan’! A block of this lasts ages and grates beautifully straight out of the freezer. Is even melts in your mouth 🤩 Tonight I’ll be enjoying it sprinkled over some risotto ❤️
