This quote helped put a man on the moon.

I first saw the quote when my 12 year old son chose it as one of the three allowed decor items from Hobby Lobby to hang on his wall in his new room.

It was surrounded by other space and NASA items that he loves.

While I was initially pleased that he chose such an inspiring quote, I know that he is not particularly fond of doing hard things unless he sees a direct benefit to himself. 🤪

Nonetheless, this quote played a role in achieving one of humanity’s greatest feats - putting a man on the moon. 🌖

I’ve now learned that President John F. Kennedy used it in a speech at Rice University as a way to bolster public support for his proposal to land a man on the moon.

Many would have said that this was IMPOSSIBLE. That it was too hard.

But I think many of us now live in a world of SO many possible impossibles surrounding us, that we forget just how incredible our human capabilities truly are.

Indeed, “easy” has never pushed anyone to accomplish the greatest feats.

It’s the “hard” that pushes us to our best skills and energies, that then grow and shape us into something greater than we thought possible.

Just remember, embrace the “hards”. For therein lies your greatness.

If your call-to-action is unclear, or bombarded with too much additional information, people are less likely to move forward.

You need to have a Facebook Business Page (not personal profile), to run Facebook/Instagram ads.

This may seem obvious, but some people get tripped up by this and don’t realize there is a difference.

When you have a Facebook Business page, an ad manager account is automatically created for you.

Even if you don’t plan on running ads yet, it is a good idea to create a business Facebook and business Instagram page if you have any kind of business.

Post:
- 10 inspirational/engaging posts like reels, memes or fun shared content
- 4 information posts that fit your niche
- 1 direct call to action. (This is where you share your offer.)

It may not be the golden rule, but give it a try and see how it helps you get engagement.
