Calling all Filipino young adults aged 18 years old to 30 years old (regardless of civil status, employment, and education)!
With the Philippines demonstrating a prominent focus on beauty (use of whitening soaps, visits to glutathione/cosmetic clinics, discrimination of Moreno/morena traits just to name a few) and body image (fat and skinny shaming, etc), our research wanted to uncover the relationship between appearance perfectionism, lookism (discrimination based on appearance), mental health, and other demographic factors.
