Today is a day I’ve been looking forward to for a long time. Ever since I heard of this Philly Cheese food truck with one clever name which goes by North Meats South LLC I’ve wanted to try them out. I love Philly Cheese steaks! Ashley and the crew were all so welcoming to me as well as they are to all their customers. We got the cheese steak with cheese whiz and one with a white cheddar. We also got the sausage, onion and pepper along with some fries. They were nice enough to throw in a cannoli and it was delicious! It was the perfect treat right after my meal. After I took a bite into this sandwich and closed my eyes I felt like I was on the streets of Philly! All three were out of this world good. Out of the two cheese steaks I was having a hard time choosing which one I like more. They were both so rich with cheese flavor. The meat was thin and tinder. They both melted in your mouth. I’m pressuring myself right now to commit to one of the cheese steaks. Ok it was my last meal scenario I’m doing right now. I’m choose the Philly cheese steak with cheese whiz! Final answer.

My experience was phenomenal and I don’t know how anyone could have a bad experience at this food truck. This should be on everyone’s food truck list of place to go visit.

I met Damien in Hendersonville when he was posted up at the Walmart in Hendersonville. He has the best tacos in town. His food truck is posted up in Mountain Home off Asheville Hwy. please stop by at his yellow food truck if you are in the area. I stopped by to give him a taste of some Garage BBQ. He is a real nice guy who is putting out some delicious food.

Come on out to Trailside Brewing Company for some good times and some delicious BBQ. By the way BlackBerry BBQ sauce is back on the menu!

I’m so happy to have my good friend Mike and Aaron from Culpeper, VA here today. These guys have been with me since day one. We were neighbors in VA when I taught my self through the guess and test technique the art of smoking meats while I was living there. Out group started a block party while I was there and it was a lot of fun. We had such a close group of neighbors who enjoyed each other and respected each other. Our close neighborhood we had will probably never be matched in my lifetime. I’m just proud to say I was apart of it while my family was there from 2005-2016.

Best part of working an event with other food trucks is sharing your food with the other food trucks! Tin Can Pizzeria is killing the food scene with their delicious pizza. Trust me you need to try this truck if you see them out. You can also contact them for your next catered event. Thanks for the delicious pizza!

I am working along side The Outpost Food Truck for the Soul of the South music festival at Silverados. I got their Basic Burger and the Tiger Mac. There wasn’t anything basic to that burger because it was delicious. The Tiger Mac was was a perfect paring of the Tiger chicken and creamy mac-n-cheese. I’m glad our food trucks paths crossed. If you see them in the road please check them out or you can dine in at their restaurant Post 25 or the East Village Grill.

One for the money and two for the show!
The Spritz put on a food show today! It was a sell out night for them. The food was amazing! We were so hungry I forgot to take pics of our first round of food. The first round we got the Ella Fitzgerald sandwich with (Ham, havarti cheese, Fitzgerald sauce) and the Chicken Tango which was smoked chicken smothered with their signature Tang sauce and served with house made cole-slaw. On the second round of food we got the Duke Ellington stir fry (Thai beef, peppers, onions, chili peppers, broccoli, green onion, rice, tamari, and Tango sauce). This was also delicious and what is pictured. The Spritz can be found at Sideways brewing in Etowah, NC and please put them on your list of food trucks to go visit.

Bonus info
Parents the blow up slide will keep your kids happy and occupied the entire time. Also they will be tired and ready to go to bed when you get home.

Part 2 stop for family dinner night was at The Hop Ice Cream for a delicious sweet treat. The ice cream was amazing and the atmosphere was all about family’s having a good time. Awesome customer service who were very patient with me and my kids. Thank you for an amazing experience tonight!

Tonight was family dinner night and we went across town on a 30 min ride to 828 Family Pizzeria. This place was packed out. We had a 30 min wait but it was worth it. The wait staff was out of this world with attention to detail. We felt right at home. The food was terrific and flavorful. Now I know why we had to wait thirty min. Thank you for this amazing experience

Garage BBQ is set up for their employee appreciation day. Im set up right off Old Airport Rd in Fletcher. I have some to go boxes and walk up orders are welcome.
